Spring is just around the corner, which means it’s time to get your bike out of storage and ready for the road! Nature of the North is partnering with Nickel's Bike Shop to bring you a workshop geared towards everyday bicycle maintenance.

Join us Saturday, May 25th at Noon at Wild Terra Cider to learn the essentials of getting your bike up and running, including: Tires, Brake Adjustments, chain + gear maintenances, plus tons of tips + tricks from expert instructor Hunter Nickel.

Following the event, we'll all take a bike ride together and visit a few of the local DIY Bike Stands you might not know of!

Cache In Trash Out River Clean Up

All are welcome to attend this family-friendly event on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Benefits of attending include a walk outdoors, the satisfaction of cleaning up litter, and renewed pride in our community trails! All attendees will also receive a coupon for a FREE drink from our friends at Wild Terra Cider.

SCHEDULE:
- 10 a.m. Arrive at Hjemkomst Rental Landing Shack, log sign-in
- 10:05 a.m.(ish) Orientation by River Keepers staff
- 10:10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Clean-up! Depending on group size, we will split into two groups: half going towards the Midtown Dam, and half towards the Memorial/Oak Grove Pedestrian Bridge.
- 11:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. Everyone returns to Hjemkomst Rental Landing for a group photo. Event ends!
OPTIONAL: happy hour and/or continued conversation at Wild Terra’s Outdoor Gear and Bike Market following CITO.

DETAILS:
- Garbage bags and plastic gloves will be provided
- Please dress for the weather! Long pants & close-toed shoes are recommended. If you have your own gloves (leather, gardening, etc.), please bring them with you. Optional items: bug spray, sunscreen, and water
- All geocachers who attend & log this event will receive the 2019 CITO souvenir!

Last summer we did this as an experimental and it was such a hit, we decided to do it again. This will be one of the first ciders we release in cans!

This is a small batch of "Peak Bagger" so there is just ONE KEG to go around.

Peak Bagger is a NE style cider that is fermented with brown sugar aged on raisins and oak.

This rich boozy goodness drinks medium body, fresh oak quality and a complex sweetness finish.

ABV 8.5%
